Fitness for plus size men and women can be hard. Especially when there are a lot of distractions that keep you away from getting started on your journey.
At 110Kgs, i started my fitness journey in May 2016 by enrolling to CurvyFit program with Team Ripped International. I am now 100kgs. Slow but steady.
There’s definitely a big difference between now and then. My clothes have started to fit well. I feel lighter and energetic. My thighs are more toned now because i walk a lot (to & fro school. That’s about 20 mins a day). I also have a high appetite for water now; I used to hate water.
Since i have a crazy schedule with school, work and family, i keep my routine very simple.
