The struggle to stay fit is real.

Fitness for plus size men and women can be hard. Especially when there are a lot of distractions that keep you away from getting started on your journey.

At 110Kgs, i started my fitness journey in  May 2016 by enrolling to CurvyFit  program with Team Ripped International. I am now 100kgs. Slow but steady.

There’s definitely a big difference between now and then. My clothes have started to fit well. I feel lighter and energetic. My thighs are more toned now because i walk a lot (to & fro school. That’s about 20 mins a day). I also have a high appetite for water now; I used to hate water.

Since i have a crazy schedule with school, work and family, i keep my routine very simple.

Morning:

  1. Take 2 glasses of water
  2. Do my 15 minutes cardio
  3. Take a shower
  4. As i iron my clothes, i sip some green tea with lemon (hot)
  5. I take my breakfast (mostly oatmeal and a banana)

Lunch & Dinner:

  1. I either eat from the school cafeteria (lunch) or eat from home.
  2. I have cut out meat from my diet; so i mostly have cereals for lunch or dinner.
  3. I also take more veggies especially cabbage.
